E0128 itself: committed, readable, its arc artifacts cleaned (E0130/E0132/E0133 discarded in-flight; E0129 — the control-test residue — discarded by CR-215's own eye-test). The record contains its own diagnosis: the Companion's blindness confession is preserved in the engagement it was blind about.
