Splice — into §18.2 (topic-filtered / relevance-ranked recall)

Locate §18.2 (the topic-filtered, relevance-ranked recall follow-on deferred from CR-2026-100). Append to the entry's Current state slot (or the nearest equivalent per the entry's structure):
