Precedent. Same exchange this corrects: AGENTIC_ID_TO_GRANTHA_REQUEST-v0_1.md / GRANTHA_TO_AGENTIC_ID_ANSWER-v0_1.md. Occasioned by FORAY_TO_AGENTIC_ID_ANSWER-v0_2.md (Q1 walk-back, committed 34a6c29) and the coordinated three-homes correction (spec V12 + scoping v0.3, committed c50f704).
Searched GRANTHA_TO_AGENTIC_ID_ANSWER-v0_1.md in full for any dependence on the "possibly FORAY-as-host" hedge our original Q4 named. Found none. Every FORAY mention in GRANTHA's answer is either about FORAY's anchor/emission role (already correct: "it enters FORAY emission," "FORAY emits on grant state-changes only") or the already-correct boundary statement at A5: "FORAY is a witness and anchor, never an authorizer." A4's own reasoning about capability_ref's second consumer is framed entirely in terms of a generic "the checkpoint" — GRANTHA never itself named FORAY as that checkpoint. No correction is needed on GRANTHA's side; this notice is informational, not corrective, of their answer.

That characterization is withdrawn: FORAY's actual, Operator-confirmed role is protocol + witness (chain-notary sense) + anchor — a stateless notary that never verifies credentials, never hosts agents, and is not a capability_ref consumer in any sense (FORAY_TO_AGENTIC_ID_ANSWER-v0_2.md, Q1 walk-back). We checked your A4 answer for reliance on the withdrawn hedge and found none — your own answer already characterized FORAY correctly and independently ("FORAY is a witness and anchor, never an authorizer," A5) and reasoned about the second consumer only in terms of a generic checkpoint, never naming FORAY. No correction is needed on your side. For completeness: capability_ref's shape remains exactly as you left it — the 64-byte identifier floor, interim-adopted on our side (OQ-4), final shape still awaiting your §4.1 resolution — unaffected by this withdrawal.
This document is the outbound artifact this project can produce and commit to its own record. Actually delivering it into a live GRANTHA project session is the Operator's own action, per the Carrier pattern this whole exchange already runs on (see header above, and the same field on GRANTHA_TO_AGENTIC_ID_ANSWER-v0_1.md) — there is no mechanism by which this project can inject a message into a separate Claude.ai project itself. No response is required for this notice to take effect on Stele's side; it is filed here as the permanent record of the withdrawal regardless of when or whether it is carried across.
