Vitest 378 / 74 files green (8 new home tests incl. relativeTime + nav-loop round trip) + live tunnel render at loomworks-dev.dunin7.com/operator/engagement-navigation (desktop + mobile) with the real Operator's 8 engagements (Needs-you badge = 9, real per-engagement attention).

DEVIATIONS (explicit, with reason)

• DEV-H1 — Shared zone by heuristic. /engagements carries no visibility field, so the commons is identified by title === BRAND.productName (single white-label-keyed predicate). A real visibility='automatic' signal (engine projection) would replace it; if no engagement matches, Shared is empty and that engagement stays under Your engagements (graceful). Queued.
• DEV-H2 — Counts omitted. Personal "things known" (assertions 422 for personal) and commons "members" (no endpoint) are honestly omitted, not faked.
• DEV-H3 — Frame fills viewport. The mockup's fixed phone/frame dimensions were illustration; the real surface fills the viewport responsively (layout switches at 900px).
• DEV-H4 — Mic listening colour. info-blue → iron-oxide (the mockup JS used --danger); kept consistent with the in-engagement surface, per that surface's stated behaviour.
• DEV-H5 — Desktop home has no mic. Per mockup 3 (voice-hint text only); voice is mobile-only on the home.
• DEV-H6 — Engagement order = substrate order. The mobile mockup arranged fake data attention-first; real order is the engine's order, with attention shown via the chip (not by reordering).
• DEV-H7 — Data decision (Operator's). Needs-you/Recent + per-engagement attention come from the dashboard adapter; no new data path invented (per the Operator's data decision).
