The C5 scoping note's full correction and status pass. scoping-notes/loomworks-c5-scoping-note-domain-reference-model v0.2 → v0.3 (b4c6a6f) corrected the seven further OVA/ACL-mechanism occurrences v0.34's own residual finding named as unaudited, plus a satisfied gate the vocabulary sweep alone could not have found: §3.4 recommended a seed v0.11 amendment for the contribution-authority model before C5 could specify under it, and that amendment had already landed — the seed carries the write-access axis and is now at v0.14. Then v0.3 → v0.4 (e0ccca7) corrected two further orientation references (a thirty-version-stale manifest citation, a seed-v0.10-as-canonical citation) as part of a three-document status pass.
The status pass across three documents (e0ccca7). Three documents already corrected for naming the wrong authorization substrate were re-read end to end and found to also be reporting stale status: verticals/venture-diligence/venture-diligence-candidate-seed v0.3 → v0.4 (the external-contributor isolation claim, previously "committed direction," is now demonstrable — CR-2026-157 shipped 2026-08-05); investigations/loomworks-foray-operational-visibility-investigation v0.2 → v0.3 (the same CR corrected from "filed, awaiting execution" to shipped, satisfying decision D-2's sequencing condition); scoping-notes/loomworks-c5-scoping-note-domain-reference-model v0.3 → v0.4, above. The FORAY investigation's two mentions of the no-live-recall-demonstration rule were deliberately left unchanged, per the amendment's own instruction — that question was reserved for the Operator, and is answered in §3 below.
The recall-demonstration rule: one canonical statement, two retired (4445093, 34cac60). A read-only audit found the rule stated independently in two lineages with no canonical locus — the venture-diligence vertical document (v0.2, carried unchanged to v0.4) and the current-status manifest §5 (v0.75, carried unchanged to v0.78) — and cited, never originated, in roughly fifteen further documents. standing-notes/loomworks-standing-note-demonstrating-companion-answers-v0_1 is now the rule's one canonical home. Both prior statements are retired in authority rather than in substance: the vertical document bumped to v0.5, its rule sentence replaced with a pointer and the prior wording preserved inline; the manifest amended beside v0.78 (current-status-manifest-v0_78-amendment-v0_2) rather than bumped, since v0.78 itself is not edited.
Two HTML companions brought current (d844d45, 5a06e07). verticals/venture-diligence/loomworks-vertical-venture-capital-diligence-v0_5.html and standing-notes/loomworks-standing-note-confidentiality-posture-v0_4.html, both previously lagging their .md by one version, rebuilt to match exactly — hand-built structure preserved, not regenerated.
The record-wide .md/.html sweep and its standing note (b2cd8d3). A full read-only sweep of the record's HTML-companion practice (1,027 .md files, 322 hand-authored .html files; record-site/'s 1,406 generated files excluded) found five real version mismatches — two closed by dormancy, three (the current-status manifest, the build list, queued-directions — the record's three highest-churn living documents) lapsed for a real stretch each — and no written-down convention to judge any of it against. standing-notes/loomworks-standing-note-html-companion-convention-v0_1 now records the convention as the record actually practises it: plain-English/plain-language documents almost always carry a companion, amendment and working/inspection documents never have, and the rest — scoping notes, standing notes, investigations — split with no visible rule.
v0.34 named the C5 scoping note's further OVA/ACL-mechanism language as unaudited and possibly needing its own pass. It has since had one. b4c6a6f found and corrected seven further occurrences beyond the single line v0.34's own correction had reached, plus a satisfied gate the vocabulary sweep by itself could not have surfaced: §3.4 recommended a seed v0.11 amendment before C5 could specify under it, and that amendment had already landed. The residual finding is closed, not open.
Live demonstration of the Companion's answers is permitted for an engagement holding fewer notes than the retrieval window. It remains barred above the window, and barred for the universal commons regardless of its size — the commons exceeds the window already and grows with every account that joins, so it is never in the permitted case. standing-notes/loomworks-standing-note-demonstrating-companion-answers-v0_1 is canonical; this brief records the decision, not the reasoning behind it.
