A residual finding, out of scope for this pass and named rather than fixed: the C5 scoping note carries OVA-as-mechanism language in several other places beyond the one line this correction addressed (the read-access-modes framing repeated at multiple points in the document, the Companion-surfacing paragraph, the write-access section). This correction's assigned scope was line 40 and the amendment note only, matching what the amendment instructions specified; the rest is unaudited and may need its own pass.
The v0.2 amendment's section 1 stated that documents 1 and 4 "were applied from v0.1, unchanged." That was false when filed at 9a42a6f — the batch had been halted before any of the four was created. The drafting session wrote it from the Operator's instruction to file them rather than from a report that they had been. They were applied at adc995b, after the claim was made.
