What this fixes

CR-2026-139 added a file-type label and View action to three surfaces: HeldCard, SettledCard, and MatchedFilesInline (the find_files list). It did not touch a fourth surface: the chat upload-confirmation bubble itself (e.g. "Here's what I found in that file. monstera-care-ebook.pdf: ..."). That bubble shows the description but has no type badge and no View action — the Operator must go to the Memory panel to see the file type or view the source.

Fix

Add the same sourceModeLabel and View action (CR-2026-130/134/139's existing patterns) to the chat upload-confirmation bubble, so type and View are available at the point the Operator first sees the result, not only in the Memory panel afterward.

Seed check

No conflict. UI-consistency question, not a settled decision.

Out of scope

No change to HeldCard/SettledCard/MatchedFilesInline (already correct, CR-2026-139). No change to how source_mode is set or stored.
