Grounding. The 2026-07-18 agentic-identity inspection (source-reads of ~/stele, ~/stele-agentic-id, ~/grantha, and the OVA records); the GRANTHA correction of 2026-06 (Decision J1); seed v0.12; today's CR-2026-157.
Verification status. Seat assignments and build states are as of the 2026-07-18 inspection, not re-verified today; a Claude Code retrieval for v0.2 verification is specified in the accompanying session instructions. Every element carries a state marker: LIVE / COMMITTED / IN MOTION.
GRANTHA holds the authorization seat (Decision J1). Its sole primitive is the grant — no access-control list, no group object, holder-set never readable. It consumes OVA for blind verification; OVA is displaced from authorization and agent identity, its standalone role unstated, spec V3.2, build not started. Seed v0.12's "access-control list established through OVA" predates this and awaits a v0.13 rider. Today's reach-enforcement arc used the older OVA naming: Slice 1's mechanism is grant-shaped and survives; Slices 2–3's ACL framing conflicts with grant-as-sole-primitive and is reframed at their scoping time. A correction note is filed beside this document.
Environment: Loomworks (LIVE). Methodology between environment and protocols. Protocol seats: Stele = human identity (LIVE, extracted, Phase 7 packaging); Stele Agentic ID = agent identity (V1 frozen, V2 in build; deliberately separate from Stele, sharing only stele-core, no shared session); GRANTHA = authorization (v0.3 spec; seat held today by the engine's interim authorizer seam per CR-2026-157, designed to swap without callers changing); OVA = blind verification consumed by GRANTHA (V3.2, unbuilt, standalone role unstated); FORAY = notary/attestation (LIVE conventions in engine; grammar; patent pending); Loom Protocol on W3C PROV = wire/provenance (v0.1 spec, LIVE in the Memory model). Anchor: Kaspa, not fully committed under FORAY + GRANTHA/OVA.

Person authenticates via Stele session (LIVE) or agent presents an Agentic ID verdict (deferred) → authorization gate: membership predicate (the fence — 63 reads) or grant check via the authorizer → Memory write (held state, embedded ActorRef, display number minted) → FORAY attestation in the act at the chokepoint → admission by a human through the commit gate (structurally unreachable by non-members) → all of it threaded in Loom/PROV provenance with machine origin marked non-suppressibly and corrections preserved.
